The time block is how we price your first clean without needing an in-person visit. We use your home size, service type, and condition to estimate how long it'll take — so we can skip the scheduling step and get a cleaner to your door faster.

After that first visit, we know exactly how long your home takes. Every booking after that comes with an exact price — no estimates, no surprises.

Your cleaner will let you know with about 15 minutes to go. At that point, you can simply wrap up — or choose to extend the session on the spot if you'd like more done. Extending is always your call and never a surprise charge.

The upside: your most important areas always get the most attention, rather than a cleaner rushing through everything superficially.

The time block at booking is an estimate for your first visit only — it's how we skip the in-person quote and get a cleaner to your door faster. We use your home size, service type, and the condition you've described to make that call.

If you'd prefer an in-person walk-through before we start, just request it at the end of the booking flow and we'll schedule that visit before anything is charged.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. When you book, there's a required Priorities & Notes field where you can list what matters most (e.g. "bathrooms first, then kitchen"). Your cleaner will follow your lead and tackle the most important areas before anything else.

Usually no — and often it's less. Traditional services frequently quote a low flat rate, then add fees for extras or rush through your home to fit more clients in a day. With Erranday, what you see is what you pay, and every minute is focused entirely on your home.

Not at all. Many of our clients leave a key or door code in the priorities & notes field. Just make sure your cleaner can get in, and you'll get a text when they arrive and when they're done.

It depends on how many cleaners we send. Your booking is measured in total cleaner hours — for example, 2 hrs of cleaner time. If we send one cleaner, they'll be at your home for 2 hours. If we send two, they'll each work for 1 hour and finish in half the time.

We assign crew size based on scheduling and availability. Either way, your home gets the exact same amount of cleaning — more cleaners just means a faster visit, not less work.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to compensate your cleaner for holding that time slot. We appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible.
